WORKING AT PIAGET
Piaget pays great attention to offering the best possible working conditions to its employees worldwide, over and above applicable regulations.
This includes competitive compensation and benefits.
HEALTH, SAFETY AND SECURITY
A strict Health, Safety and Security policy is in place in every location to ensure the best working conditions.
There is continuous improvement due to the policy of regular updates.
This includes conducting regular audits of our manufacturing sites and service centres in order to continuously improve them.
Piaget offers training opportunities and allows employees to develop careers across a variety of positions and international locations.
SPORT AND LEISURE
Depending on the workplace, Piaget participates in sport and leisure activities to contribute to its employees’ well-being.
Piaget intends to involve more of its staff in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). In some countries, volunteering employees can propose, lead or participate in CSR projects. Several projects have been started, such as setting up hives to preserve bees, and reducing waste from drinks at the office. In other countries, volunteering activities are proposed and promoted for the staff to engage in civic work.
